Processing of business incidents in the new and existing business with a focus on KFZ fleets Costing of KFZ fleets – and adjustments of conditions Controlling the KFZ fleet stock Creation of reports on the KFZ fleet business Supporting material processing in the KFZ/HUS/RS area and special contracts Telephone and written advice and support of insurance interests, customer and external services with a focus on KFZ fleets Debt collection and processing of the dunning procedure Management, Supervisory Board, BaFin, Ombudsman, Media and other complaints Takeover of special tasks
