Evening service is not on its own. He runs when someone keeps the overview. We're looking for you. We are looking for someone with kitchen instinct, leadership and tranquility in service. Someone who takes responsibility and brings a team through the evening.

In short, → You run our kitchen through the evening service.

I'm sorry. You take the kitchen from the afternoon and take the day to service. You coordinate Mise en Place, Preparing and Stations, so that the evening runs round. You guide the team with clarity, speed and overview through the evening You give orientation, meet choices and, of course, pack yourself up. You make sure that quality, communication and timing are right. You are the connection between chef, team and service. You keep orders, stations and operations in sight, even if the store is full. And if the last plate goes out, you'll make sure that the kitchen is clean, organized and ready for the next day.

You have learned cooking properly and experience in a professional kitchen – ideally already as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie You know responsibility on the passport and know how to guide a team through the service. You can make clear statements and stay calm when it gets intense. You have a good sense of quality, products and timing. You work organized and think ahead. You want to take a team and get better together. Humor, team spirit and passion for gastronomy are yours.
