These are your tasks:

• You take over the complete order processing on the supplier side - from the computer-technical recording of the purchase contracts to the mapping in the goods management system.
• You will distribute the freight carriers in time for the logistical processing of the material inputs - including slot booking, transport orders and, if necessary, Deposits and outsourcings in outdoor shops or transfers to the plant in Garstedt.
• You will create all necessary documents - from the purchase confirmation, receipt and storage papers to the inspection and processing of the goods receipt invoices.
• You support shopping in the interior, work closely with the field service and actively contributes to the processing of complaints.
• In addition, if required, you will be responsible for the holiday representation for colleagues from the department in receipt of goods and the team of order processing and sales services.

• A completed commercial training - ideally as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or in a comparable area
• Some years of professional experience in a similar position are beneficial
