You work proactively with the departments to identify, prioritise and evaluate automation and AI applications. You analyse existing processes, data flows and working methods and collect both technical and technical requirements. You implement the identified use cases independently, inter alia: the development and operation of RPA solutions (e.g. UiPath), the use of Azure AI Services, LLM-based applications and copilot functionalities, and the integration of AI solutions into existing system and M365 landscapes.

You build prototypes, proofs of concept and production-related solutions. You design and conduct workshops and enablement formats, in particular: the basics of AI use in the work context, the use of LLMs, prompting foundations and best practices, the efficient and responsible use of Microsoft Copilot, the ability to use AI tools (“help for self-help”); and awareness of KI's opportunities, borders, risks and governance aspects.

You agree closely with the fields of IT security, data protection and information security.

You have a degree or comparable qualification in the field of IT, digitalization, business informatics or process management. You bring experience in the technical implementation of automation and AI solutions. You have practical knowledge in at least one of the following areas: UiPath, n8n or comparable RPA/AI platforms, Azure AI or LLM-based services, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform and M365 automation.

You have experience in it or the pronounced ability to convey complex technical content in a comprehensible and targeted manner. You are safely involved in the handling of specialist areas and heterogeneous target groups. You are characterized by a pronounced hand-on mentality, a structured working method and a high will for implementation. .
