You are taxing the purchase and sale of goods and services and the first necessary transport documents and the invoices. In addition, you calculate sales prices, select offers and check and process invoices and credits. You continuously opt for the inventory to reduce storage costs. You are responsible for monitoring the delivery dates, including the escalation strategy, reminding and, if necessary, you will also check alternative procurement routes. Based on continuously maintained key figures, you can monitor your daily work, optimize process and material flows and derive suggestions for reducing procurement costs and delivery times. Reliablely, you carry out inventory control and monitor system interfaces.

Closed commercial training, e.g. for the industrial businessman/supplier or merchant/suppliers forwarding and logistics service or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in materials management, purchasing, supply chain management, disposition or similar fields Good knowledge of inventory and storage management and general commercial knowledge First experience in procurement processes and dealing with suppliers Very good German and good English skills
