Your Tasks • Planning, implementation and follow-up of WSUS updates • Dealing with Second Level Support Tickets • System support and participation in further development, e.g. administration single applications/systems • Responsibility for software package and distribution with SCCM • Installation and configuration of mobile clients in the workplace • patching and structured cabling of jobs

Required knowledge • Complete training as a specialist system integration or a comparable qualification • Multiannual professional experience in software package and distribution • Support for users in the daily handling of the hardware in the workplace as well as the support and involvement of trainees and trainees • Funded knowledge in the current Windows operating system Win10 and routined handling of ticket systems • Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
