• You are planning to pick up and deliver the tour disposition in compliance with legal and contractual requirements and economic utilisation.

• They ensure product-oriented collection and delivery.

• They continuously improve the KPI’s with focus on the areas of economy and quality.

• You process complaints and requests for collections and delivery.

• You are a contact person for the service partners in the daily business.

• They are responsible for the creation of rolling maps and other administrative activities within the department.

• They bring a completed vocational training to the merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or to the professional driver (m/w/d).

• You have knowledge and experience in piece goods processing.

• You have good English skills.

• You have a pronounced service and customer orientation.

• They have a strong communication competence.

• They think and act cost-oriented.
