Your post: You take over the strategic direction and further development of our Project Management Office (PMO) team to successfully implement first-class projects in internal IT. You are responsible for planning and implementing M&A projects, your expertise comes directly into due dilligence and in integration management. In your role, you coordinate all relevant project activities and report directly to the management, always focusing on results and quality. You promote a collaborative and innovative team culture that focuses on agile methods and continuous improvement. You work closely with the other departments to optimize processes and maximize synergies. You have proven to bring successes in project management within IT, ideally in a leadership position and always strive for the best results. You have well-founded knowledge in the field of M&A processes and in the integration of IT systems and know the challenges and opportunities of your own experience.
