From commercial property management to technical operations, we offer our customers everything You need to successfully operate the buildings.

Specialist experts / Subject Matter Experts (SME) with the focus: technical and infrastructural building management and security services Consolidation, monitoring and continuous optimisation of work processes and the development of new concepts for the customer Improving and expanding internal operational PPS and ensuring compliance with occupational safety, operator responsibility and legal regulations Introducing innovations (in particular digitization, sustainability topics, audits and audits) as well as showing optimisation potentials for the customer Responsible for the further development of ESG and sustainability topics First Point of Contact for Audits and Audits Technical control and contract management of all operational service providers for the maintenance of building management

Successful degree in facility management, engineering or real estate management Wide and well-founded expertise in facility management Multiannual professional experience with large, integrated facility management contracts on client or service provider side Mind. 5 years of leadership experience in Facility Management Expertise in ESG and sustainability topics as well as experience in regulatory requirements, audits and audits desirable High self-motivation and readiness A pronounced service consciousness paired with an independent and structured working method as well as high affinity for IT solutions (e.g. in CAFM, MS Office 365)
