We are looking at the next time Ergo- und Physiotherapeuten (w/m/d)

Implementation of treatments in the geriatric area – both inpatient and in the daily clinic Creation of individual therapy plans based on medical diagnosis and functional assessments Promoting the independence, mobility and quality of life of our patients Participation in interdisciplinary team meetings with doctors, nurses, ergo- and physiotherapists, logoped women and social services Participation in weekly interdisciplinary team meetings within the therapeutic team Documentation of treatment results in the digital clinic system (Orbis)

Completed training or study as an ergo or physiotherapy (m/d) Ideally professional experience in the geriatric area or interest in working with older people Additional qualifications desirable (e.g. Bobath, lymph drainage, dementia) Experience in ADL-oriented therapy approaches as well as everyday practice and functional training knowledge of motor-functional, sensomotoric and cognitive treatment processes (e.g. fine motors, brain performance training) Competences in mobilisation, training and promotion of balance and mobility Ability to treat complex geriatric diseases Experience in creating individual therapy plans and performing assessments Safe handling of documentation and digital systems Team skills and interdisciplinary cooperation with care, doctors and other therapy professions Sensitivity as well as appreciation of older patients
