Business: In concrete terms, this means - 25 company customer advisors take care of every day: within 14 customer and sales managers: the demanding concerns of our customers.

Customers: Are exciting medium-sized companies in Thuringia with a turnover of between 15 and 500 million €. Our goal is to establish LBBW as the best medium-sized universal bank for our customers.

People: A growing relationship of trust, communication at eye level, and a supportive relationship characterize us in dealing with the customers as well as in the team.

Service-oriented exchange with business customer consultants, customers, consultants and internal departments as part of a close and reliable cooperation Support in the processing of the daily business, for example in the Cash Management and Corporates Portal solutions Detection of customer requirements and identification of sales approaches for further development of customer relationships Maintenance and updating of relevant customer data, collection of owner and control structures and implementation of KYC processes Positioning and introduction of digital service solutions and active participation in customer campaigns and marketing actions Support in the implementation and administration of payment solutions, including cooperation with experts from customer and deal teams

Completed banking training, ideally complemented by further theoretical qualifications Insufficient professional experience in business customers or payment transactions Self-employed and structured working together with a high team orientation Secure knowledge about OS Plus, professionals and MS Office applications are preferred Impressed communication skills with a view to building and maintaining positive customer relationships Flexibility, motivation and very good German and good English skills in word and writing
