Praktikum in Product Management – Digital Health (m/f/d)

With elona explore and elona therapy we are already represented with two digital health applications (so-called 'apps on recipe') in the German health market and are building the next generation of digital care. These are your tasks

You support our product manager in the day-to-day operating business – from the preparation and refurbishment of meetings, the care of backlogs to the coordination between team and stakeholders. You help create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria and tickets in Jira and make sure that the backlog remains structured and up-to-date. You support the documentation of product decisions, feature specifications and processes in Confluence. You actively participate in regulatory product documentation – for example in the care of risk analyses, proof of change or product related documents within the framework of our QMS (ISO 13485, MDR). You research user needs, market trends and competitive solutions and prepare your findings structured for the team. You support the preparation and evaluation of user feedback and interviews and help translate findings into specific product requirements. You’re planning and updating overview tables and tracking documents (e.g. release plans, feature roadmaps, change logs). You carry out administrative tasks around the product development process – from the protocol management in product meetings to the storage and structuring of documents.

You are studying in a relevant study program (e.g. business informatics, health management, medical technology, human-computer interaction) and looking for a mandatory internship for at least 6 months. You work structured, think analytically and have the pleasure of documenting complex facts in a comprehensible way. First experiences with project management or product tools such as Jira and Confluence are of advantage. You have a good sense of user needs and can put yourself in different perspectives – be it the patient: inside or the psychotherapist: inside. A basic understanding of regulated product development (e.g. medical devices, MDR, ISO standards) is a plus, but not a must – we will teach you this. You are curious, proactive and dare to ask questions and introduce your own ideas. You communicate clearly and safely in German (Must-have) and in English. Mental health is a topic that is important to you personally and you want to actively contribute to its further development.
