As an experienced manager (m/w/d), you take over operational management of a warehouse area and the management and development of our employees. You like to work with people and have fun in numbers? Responsibility and ensuring all operational processes in close coordination with the operational management Active professional and disciplinary leadership, promotion and individual development of your subordinate executives & employees Responsibility, motivation and promotion of employees as part of training measures to maintain and improve service quality Implementation of a customer-number-based and demand-oriented personnel and resource planning as well as their underground control in your area of responsibility Ensuring compliance with KPIs while maintaining the requirements of quality and process management as well as further development according to customer requirements Support in the perception of entrepreneurship obligations Design and active participation in the continuous optimization of processes based on Lean Six Sigma Support internal and external projects for business expansion/change and close cooperation with our customers and service providers

Complete training and/or studies with the focus on logistics or comparable qualifications Multiannual well-founded professional and leadership experience within contract logistics / warehouse logistics as well as empirical handling of colleagues Experiences in Lean Management, Six Sigma and DMAIC Experience in working with performance indicators, warehouse management systems and high cost awareness Structured, team-oriented and independent working style with high self-motivation and reliability Embossed communication skills as well as high service and customer orientation Negotiation skills, enforcement capacity and flexible/systematic thinking and action Ability to act successfully with Passion in very dynamic, rapidly changing environments German and very good English skills
