For our SOS Children's Village Schwarzwald we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, part-time (23 hours/Where.) as a spring force Whether in generous and lovingly furnished interiors or in the extensive outdoor area with nearby forest, sports field and climbing tower - in our kita of the SOS Children's Village Black Forest, your creative ideas are required to make children play and learn educationally stimulating. In collegial cooperation, we serve up to 75 children between three and six years from Sulzburg and its subsites. As an educational specialist, you support the individual development of children with expertise and empathy. You go to the curiosity of the children and make educationally meaningful test rooms. By building an emotionally reliable and stable relationship, you give children orientation, security and support. The active implementation and further development of our educational concept in Kita and Hort as well as the protection of children are of course for you. Together with colleagues in the team, you plan and develop joint offers and actions.

You have a degree as a state-recognized educator*in or a completed study of social education / social work / childhood education / pedagogy or other equivalent training according to § 7 KiTaG. You have an esteeming and empathic attitude towards children, parents, and joy in working with children. In team meetings, you actively engage, reflect your own and joint work and implement agreements bindingly. In turbulent situations, you keep an overview, do not lose your humor so quickly and prove good nerves. Your handling of proximity and distance to the representatives is professional.
