You assume the technical responsibility for modernising the Central Testament Register (ZTR). You consistently implement the defined modernization strategy. As Solution Architect, you work with our external software development service providers to define and implement technical strategies while ensuring compliance with our architecture and quality standards, technical requirements and guidelines. You transform technical requirements into binding technical concepts. You conduct reviews of technical concepts and solution architectures tailored to our specific business requirements. You demand and monitor the documentation according to arc42 as well as automated test concepts and ensure their implementation. You work closely with product managers, delivery managers and specialist experts to identify and prioritise requirements to ensure efficient and effective implementation of solutions. You integrate the solutions into our IT landscape and take into account security and data protection concepts. In case of errors, use log analyses and metrics to solve problems in integration and operation together with the IT operation and service provider.
Successfully completed studies (Master/Diplom) of Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification. At least 5+ years of well-founded professional experience as a solution or software architect. You have proven to have successfully designed at least one complex legacymodernisation or migration project. Experience with refactoring strategies and architecture frameworks (e.g. arc42). Deep understanding of Java and SQL (Oracle) as well as sound knowledge of modern architectural patterns (e.g. Modulith, SCS, Microservices). Found knowledge of API concepts and experience with regulatory standards (XÖV, XJustiz) and regulated environments is a plus. Experience in handling monitoring and logging tools (e.g. OpenSearch, Grafana, Prometheus) for error analysis in distributed systems. Basic understanding of modern frontends (Angular, Electron) will bring you along. You operate safely with external stakeholders and internal teams and can communicate complex facts confidently and understandably.
