Designer: Designing smart end-to-end processes in the field of debt collection and legal reporting – by moving creatively new ways Requirements Manager: Development of technical requirements including specialist architecture Test Manager: Planning and performing comprehensive specialist tests and securing the stable transition to production Production companion: Care of the implemented solutions in operation – proactive error analysis, continuous process optimization and ensuring reliable processes Expert & Speaker: Advising and supporting the specialist areas in the use and further development of the solutions as well as carrying out appropriate workshops and training Teamworker: In- and external project work – take responsibility together and enjoy the support of motivating teams with strong cohesion!

Completed studies with a mathematical/economic focus such as BWL, VWL, economic informatics or training in the financial sector with corresponding professional experience and training Passion for numbers, data, calculations as well as complex relationships and digital processes Experience in project and interface work on systems and specialist processes Knowledge of collection and legal reporting in the field of health insurance Analytical thinking and problem-solving competence Learning will and ability to translate new knowledge into practice Proactive and focused work on results – always keep the big picture
