Fraunhofer Heilbronn's Research and Innovation Centres (Fraunhofer HNFIZ) manages the ongoing, comprehensive business of Fraunhofer HNFIZ and supports the spokesperson in implementing operational and strategic tasks. As a central interface for the eight research and innovation centres, which deal with different aspects of future-oriented value creation with cognitive systems, it contributes significantly to the efficient organisation and strategic development of the Fraunhofer Heilbronnn site as a lighthouse for applied research in the Heilbronn innovation ecosystem. In this responsible role, you are leading a dynamic, interdisciplinary team and shaping the strategic development of the Fraunhofer HNFIZ. Together with the chairman of the spokesperson, you take over central coordination and leadership tasks. Your activity at a glance:

• Management and management of the office

They are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the office - including personnel management, budget planning and the development of a powerful team culture.

• Positioning in the innovation ecosystem

They represent the Fraunhofer HNFIZ to the outside and maintain the exchange with companies, scientific institutions and policy-makers. You actively shape partnerships and cooperation projects.

• Networking of centers

They promote cooperation between the eight research and innovation centres and strengthen links with other actors at the Heilbronn educational campus. What you bring

• An above-average academic degree, ideally with doctorate
• Multiannual experience in or with scientific institutions
• Foundation knowledge of the development and development of innovation ecosystems and the exploitation of research results
• Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial initiative and high self-responsibility
