Responsibility for the stable, secure, regulatory and economic IT operation of productive IT systems Need-oriented security of availability, service quality and performance of IT systems Control of technological development Capacity management Ensuring and further development of operations Implementation of strategic business decisions (IT strategy, IT architecture etc.) and transformations Control of external service providers and internal resources Head of Incident, Problem and Change Management, Escalation and Crisis Management Target group-oriented communication, coordination and cooperation within IT and throughout the enterprise

Completed studies of economic in­formatics, infor­mation, economics or comparable qualifications Management and professional experience in IT, IT service management or a comparable management function Knowledge in the operation and control of complex IT landscapes as well as business-critical systems and applications routine in the implementation and further development of IT strategies and in the control of IT transformation and modernisation projects High level of understanding of information security, regulatory (DORA), compliance and data protection
