Your role Creation of competitive calculations for complex mech. Individual parts taking into account internal and external manufacturing possibilities

Defining and planning the processing sequences with associated operations, machines, manufacturing aids, and presetting times

Development and implementation of test strategies incl. Determination of suitable measuring and testing means for testing the individual part

Installation and maintenance of work plans and piece lists in the SAP and the resulting production documents

Operational support in the transfer of product-related manufacturing technologies starting with prototypes to series maturity

Technical/technological agreements between programming, manufacturing and development

Responsibility for own product groups in focus topics and projects regarding production cost optimization (KVP), quality improvements (8D reports) and delivery capability (RampUp)

A successfully completed study in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a similar technical field

Professional experience of at least 3 years as a pre-worker/process planner in production (machine or equipment construction, wage production)

Very good knowledge in the field of manufacturing processes (turning, milling, grinding, eroding, cleaning) quality work, measuring technology, machining machines and tools; REFA basic training or further training

Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP

The commitment to address complex tasks in the manufacturing process and demonstrate an analytical mindset

Very good German,- and good English knowledge in word and writing

A high level of teamwork, self-motivation and a structured work instruction
