Projektleiter (m/w/div)

In a special position of trust, you take over the technical management of demanding construction and rebuilding measures of our properties in Berlin, Gera and Stralsund and Würzburg. They therefore contribute significantly to a smooth and trouble-free building operation. In particular, you take over the following tasks: Planning, project planning and coordination of renovation projects on existing buildings in close cooperation with the various technical areas Control and coordination of external specialist companies to ensure efficient and timely implementation of maintenance and rehabilitation measures Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations and implementing quality assurance measures

In addition to an independent working method as well as very good communicative skills, you will bring: A completed university education (Bachelor or Diploma (FH)) in the field of architecture or civil engineering or a comparable subject Multiannual professional experience in the operation of buildings The willingness to regular and well-planned service trips
