Acceptance, processing and complete settlement of claims and requests Main processing of transport damage Contact person for various branches in the area of damage processing Correspondences with claimants, insurers and lawyers Developing solutions to reduce and optimize the damage situation Participation in the continuous development of damage processes within the Raben Group Creation of evaluations and reports for different stakeholders

Completed training in the field of forwarding or insurance completed or multi-year professional experience in harm environment Joy of telephone and written communication with internal and external contacts Embossed customer and service orientation Team skills, openness for new topics and resilience in challenging situations Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel German knowledge and good English skills
