Customer Support Technical Clerk (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for our customers and service partners worldwide for technical questions about our products You process and coordinate technical customer requests via our ticket system and ensure a professional and timely solution finding You analyze technical disorders, complaints and warranty cases and develop sustainable solutions together with the specialist departments You work closely with engineering, product management, sales and our international service organisations You support customers and service partners worldwide in commissioning, maintenance, repairs and fault analyses and carry out product training, technical workshops, demonstrations and troubleshoots remotely and locally with the customer

You have completed vocational training in a technical field and ideally have knowledge of electrical engineering. A further development to the technician or master is advantageous You can present at least 3 years of professional experience in the after-sales/service of a technical company Good knowledge of how to use MS Office is required, a safe handling of SAP is desirable You have a high degree of readiness for use and travel and are characterized by the strength of communication and negotiation You are accustomed to independent and dedicated work, but you are also happy to work in the team In our international environment, current knowledge of German and English in word and writing are indispensable. Other languages are advantageous
