Our Team Security & Logistics is responsible for the smooth logistics at the exhibition grounds in addition to the strategic terrain and event security at the exhibition center. We continuously optimize perimeter protection and take over emergency and crisis management as an interface to the various security authorities. We actively develop safety concepts for the trade fairs and congresses and advise our colleagues with our specialist expertise. The operational measures shall be implemented by a security service provider. In this way, our claim is to ensure trouble-free and smooth operation in all logistical matters during the construction and degradation phase as well as during the performance of the events.

Your tasks

Security strategy: With predictive risk management, innovative approaches & taking into account regulatory requirements, you make our trade fair place a safe 'Home for Business'. Operational security management: With your team from the security expert, you control the safety management of all major events and events at the fairground; with appropriate security measures & security concepts. Crisis Management & Emergency Management: You define escalation pathways, develop crisis and emergency processes and take on a central control/coordination function in critical situations. Authorization & Stakeholder Management: You work closely with external stakeholders such as police, fire brigade, rescue services and other authorities as well as internal stakeholders such as project teams to implement events in the right security measure. Additional responsibility in the field of event logistics: You are also responsible for the strategic & operative management of traffic & logistics-relevant topics that go hand in hand with Security. You bring multi-year professional experience in strategic security management, e.g. in the field of major events, in the administrative environment or in the field of corporate security. You have multi-year leadership experience (about 5 to 7 years) in a position in security, security, danger prevention or event or event or event Object security/ object protection. You have a degree with a focus on security management or comparable qualifications; It would be desirable to study the police leadership (4th level of qualification / formerly higher service). You understand how to translate complex security requirements (at best at major events) into sustainable strategies & to translate them into practical measures (and could already implement them in practice)! You have proven to bring empirical values in cooperation with authorities (e.g. office, police, etc.) with & agierst sovereign in communication and cooperation with these stakeholders. You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
