Deadline for submission 31.10.2026 Type of employment 100 %, unlimited The RPK of the Rudolf-Sophien-Stiftes is a rehabilitation facility for mostly young mentally ill people, in which complex medical and professional rehabilitation is carried out.

It has 27 stationary and 17 ambulatory places throughout the day and is an important part of the community psychic network in Stuttgart. The measure provides participants with a wide range of medi­cal, psycho­social and work­related offers to develop new activities for participation in life in the Community and in working life.

Implementation of a holistic rehabilitative care concept in day service (no night service, no weekend service) Individual activating care / care / everyday coaching (single and group offers) Support for small units of residence (design of cooperation, assistance in the management of life) Implementation of group offers for health promotion, everyday practice and psycho-educative content Continuous monitoring of individual participants as a reference person
