Commercial and special use managers (m/f/d)

Administration: You will personally, by telephone and in writing, manage the renters during the contractual relationship, handle leases, installments, take over reminders and receivables until termination Communication: You are in regular consultation with, among other things, housekeepers / building managers / gravel helpers (m/w/d) on rental behaviour or the preparation and execution of handovers and are in exchange with all areas involved Rental: you acquire tenant interests, initiate repair measures for re-leaning, agree on structural requirements with project leaders in the new building, perform a qualified selection of contract partners: inside (e.g. based on concepts and value matrix) and close the contracts
