Group Leader Warehouse (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated group leader Warehouse (m/w/d), who takes responsibility for our warehouse and logistics processes and, together with his team, ensures a timely supply of material for our production and our international projects. You can move with us Professional and disciplinary leadership of a warehouse team of currently four employees Ensuring the timely supply of material for final assembly and controlling all storage and movement processes Responsibility for inventory, material master data, article system and data management in the ERP system (IFS Cloud) Planning, organisation and monitoring of national and international shipping activities including export processing Coordination of scheduled material deliveries to worldwide construction sites as well as shipping of wear and spare parts Close cooperation with Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Service, Production Planning and Manufacturing Support for production planning and project implementation to ensure a smooth flow of material Analysis and control of relevant KPIs and continuous optimization of warehouse and logistics processes Responsibility for HSE topics, hazardous materials management and compliance with legal and internal regulations Promoting and developing your employees through development and feedback talks and active participation in the recruiting process

Your profile Complete training as a specialist for warehouse logistics with further training as a master, technician or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in warehouse logistics, material management, production logistics or supply chain management detectable experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees Knowledge of production logistics, material flow control and order processing Experience in international shipping and export and shipping Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. IFS, SAP or comparable) and Microsoft 365, especially Excel Knowledge of KPI management and lean and improvement processes Embossed organisational capacity, structured working and high self-responsibility Communication strength, enforcement ability and an appreciation of leadership Good knowledge of English for cooperation with international customers and project locations
