Total responsibility for the technical field of our real estate portfolio (reconstruction measures, maintenance, modernization, purchase processes, climate roadmap) Technical and disciplinary management of the Technical Department Reporting directly to the Technical Management Further development, implementation and monitoring of the strategic, operational and technical objectives of the Technical Department Superior control and monitoring of construction and modernization projects Planning, control and control of the associated budgets taking account of economic, quality and sustainability Ensuring a smooth technical operation of the real estate Ensuring uniform standards, processes and quality requirements Further development of technical expertise in the technical department

Successfully completed specialist studies in civil engineering, architecture, real estate management or comparable Experience in the housing industry desired Multiannual professional experience in senior function Funded knowledge in the building and project management and in the technical object management Leadership experience as well as strong communication and negotiation skills Business thinking and acting Structured, solution-oriented operation Empathic, clear, decision-making and able to motivate, structure and develop teams High service orientation, professional handling of challenges and focus on continuous improvement
