Employee Laboratory Instrumental and Microbiological Analysis (d/m/f)

For our laboratory we are looking for a dedicated specialist in instrumental and microbiological analysis.

Conducting tests in modern instrumental analysis using, inter alia, HPLC, IC, FT-IR, GC-MS and microbiological tests Selection and establishment of new analytical and microbiological methods Design and optimization of the methods used Evaluation and validation of raw data and maintenance in the laboratory data system Implementation of product releases Maintenance and verification of analysis equipment Process testing and plausibility in cooperation with interfaces for compliance with quality requirements, and for process optimization Continuous improvement of high product quality

Successfully completed training as a specialist in food technology (d/m/w) or a study of food technology or beverage technology focusing on microbiology First practical experience in a laboratory of the food or beverage industry, as well as in instrumental analysis and in laboratory information systems Embossed analytical and structured way of thinking Knowledge of common Microsoft applications Ideally LIMS and SAP experience High communication capability coupled with solution-oriented operation Team skills
