Central contact for owners, house managers, departments of the main administration around the topic of commercial real estate management Examination, approval and opposition processing of incoming cost accounting and other calculations of landlords Examination, preparation and release of rental increases as well as adjustment of heating and operating expenses Implementation and monitoring of contractual agreements, therefore, also the content of the re-established lease and lease contracts of care facilities (including integration) clarification of migratory and migratory matters, including the landlords, care facilities and other specialist departments Support for the subsidisation of industrial areas within care facilities Maintenance of lease and lease contracts and other contractual changes (part-)responsibility for various project tasks

They have completed property-specific vocational training or vocational training in the commercial sector ideally with additional qualification in real estate administration First professional experience in commercial real estate management desirable Safe handling of MS Office products Good communication skills in word and writing humor, readiness for performance and responsibility
