Self-assessment of damages in the field of professional liability and asset liability insurance – from claims reporting to final regulation Examination and assessment of damage behaviour and liability issues, in particular in architect and engineering law Correspondence with customers, lawyers, reviewers and insurance companies Advising our customers in insurance and liability matters, in particular with regard to architects and engineering contracts Design and examination of contractual clauses related to liability and insurance protection Support in the further development of damage processes and policies Analysis and processing of complex damages, including legal risk assessment and management Negotiation and communication with external service providers and contractual partners for damage regulation

Completed study of law (2nd legal state exam) Ideally professional experience as a lawyer, preferably with specialization in building and architect law or insurance law Ideally knowledge in the field of professional liability and asset liability insurance High consulting competence and interest in the processing of complex liability issues in the context of architects and engineering contracts Joy in direct contact with customers and stakeholders as well as a good understanding of the needs of the target group Enforcement, negotiation skills and communication strength Self-employed, structured and responsible work Openness to new legal developments and willingness to continue development Flexibility, commitment and team spirit
