As a social pedagogical specialist, you support and support young people, especially with disabilities, within the framework of professional, vocational or educational measures. The aim is to promote individual development, to enable participation and to strengthen professional perspectives sustainably.

Social pedagogical support and support for participants Support for personal, social and professional development Implementation of individual and group talks Development and implementation of individual funding plans Crisis intervention and stabilization Cooperation with internal professionals and external network partners Documentation and reporting according to client requirements Application of social pedagogical methods, including media education and discussion

Higher Education / Social Work / Healing, Rehabilitation or Special Education (Diplom, Bachelor or Master)

or Educational studies with focus or supplementary subjects in: Social education / Social work / Curative education / Rehabilitation education / Youth education / Special education

or (if the focus is missing): Educational studies plus at least 1 year relevant professional experience within the last 5 years or State-recognizedr: educatorsin / youth and home educators*in / nurses

State-recognized educator, nurse or work educator + min. 1 year of professional experience with the target group (over the last 5 years)
