At the closest possible time we are looking for a full-time theater director / Cinema Manager (m/w/d) for our cinema in Villingen-Schwenningen You conduct a modern multiplex cinema with personal responsibility for a diverse team It delights you to ensure an attractive appearance of the house as well as a good film and goods presentation and to increase the sales figures as much as possible Together with your Area Manager / Regional Manager, you are responsible for forecasting and budget planning and shaping the development and development of measures and solutions for the positive further development of the relevant key figures You are responsible for designing marketing activities in your house You will inspire new staff and motivate your team to excellent performance You prepare our guests an unforgettable and exciting cinema experience as a “satisfied host”

Ideally, you have professional experience, preferably from the cinema, hotel industry, leisure or system hospitality sector Experience with personnel management responsibility You're a film affinity and aspire to the medium cinema You have the pleasure of dealing with numbers and can derive the necessary measures You are an open, flexible and communicative personality with assertiveness A safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, is of course a willingness to learn cinema-specific software. You are ready to work on weekends, late service, change or holidays
