Complete study of electrical engineering, energy technology or a comparable discipline Professional experience in project or program management or in engineering activities Basic knowledge of the energy industry is desirable Embossed process orientation and a very high degree of self-organisation Influential experience in project management, in particular knowledge of agile and hybrid project management methods Embossed service and customer orientation as well as excellent communication skills
