The non-profit Louisenhof GmbH is located in the sponsorship of the non-profit foundation Gabriel. We create, promote and operate educational, work, housing, cultural and leisure opportunities for people with predominantly intellectual disabilities in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein.

In our workshop for people with disabilities (WfbM), experienced professionals support and support participants in the field of vocational training and workers in the field of work in their professional and personal training to the general labour market.

For participants in the field of vocational education and training, we are looking for a full-time/part-time and unlimited duration for our location in Schwarzenbek

Educational companionin (GFAB) / Healer Educational Careerin / Ergotherapeutin / Educationerin)

You accompany and promote a group of participants in a person-centric manner by providing them with complete support during the entrance procedure and in the field of vocational training and by supporting them in their personal and professional development. You plan and document the education process by creating individual educational and funding plans as well as target agreements, implementing them and continuously rewriting them. In addition, perform competence analyses and document the results carefully. You carry out qualification measures in various educational modules and provide specialist theoretical and practical knowledge. This is done in cooperation with the working areas of the WfbM, for example in the fields of wood, kitchen, utility, agriculture. You accompany the participants during their internships by directing them both in internal and external applications on the general labour market or in the WfbM and reflecting the progress of learning. You co-operate and network closely with members, legal supervisors, external specialists, service providers and cooperation partners to ensure the success of integration.

You have completed vocational training with a further training for the qualified specialist for the promotion of work and work (gFAB) or a completed training as a curative caregiverin, occupational therapistin or educator*in with professional experience in the field of work and work. You bring experience in working with people with physical, mental and/or mental disabilities. You are characterized by an esteeming, empathic and inclusive work attitude as well as by team skills, flexibility and loadability. You are also prepared to participate actively in the continuous development of the vocational training sector. You have a secure knowledge of how to use common MS Office products.
