You build business relationships with local companies to understand their personnel needs. You conduct sales and contract negotiations, create customer presentations and offers. After order assignment, you will ensure a qualified and timely order assignment. Your staff and candidate pool with a focus in the commercial-technical field expand project-related and anticipatively through modern recruiting in close cooperation with our talent centers. Last but not least expect You are important administrative tasks, e.g. the creation of customer and employment contracts, the administration for preparing wage billing and the issue of various certificates and certificates of employment.

Your profile can be varied - beginners are welcome: At best, You have a successfully completed training, also in the field of industrial technology or studies. This shows us stamina and ambition. A pronounced affinity and ideally experience in sales (B2B) fits well with the position. You have the pleasure of dealing with different personalities. We also love diversity.
