Self-employed handling of overdue and/or titulated claims with daily telephone contact with customers and debtors Introduction and efficient management and implementation of appropriate enforcement/implementation measures Meeting of payment agreements and management of settlement negotiations Self-responsible correspondence with debtors, third-party debtors, debtor representatives, enforcement bodies and contractors Customer support and consulting in our receivable management

Professional experience in debitor accounting, receivable management or interest in this area Good customer and service orientation as well as communication skillsDevelopment skills, persuasiveness and enforcement ability Good technical understanding for user programs and a structured and process-oriented approach Responsibility, reliability, teamability
