Assistant to the works council (m/f/d)

Takeover of scheduling and coordination for the works council office as well as for various events such as business meetings and training Pre- and post-processing of works councils and group works council meetings and the function as deputy director (m/w/d) during meetings Supporting Works Councils (m/w/d) as a “right hand” in day-to-day operations, responsibility for the organisation of the Works Council Office and participation as a link between Works Council and staff Handling of telephone and written correspondence, structured organization and storage of all relevant information Support for questions on labour law, collective bargaining and business constitutional matters Implementation of the controlling and responsibility for the procurement processes of the works council office Orderly settlement of service travel settlements

a completed commercial training or a completed study ideally first knowledge of the right to work and work a very good organizational ability and a structured working method analytical thinking and a secure written expression Discretion, reliability and loyalty secure knowledge of German as well as the ability to communicate at least at the level of C1 in professional and social situations
