To strengthen our company review team at Munich and Stuttgart locations, we are looking for you! Learn how your engagement will be effective for listed companies (DAX and MDAX companies) and medium-sized clients. Together with your team, you will work on issues related to corporate assessment and M&A processes. In the preparation and examination of valuation reports and value indications, you can take action in the context of different assessment occasions, such as stock-law structural measures (squeeze-outs, etc.), fairness opinions, arbitration reports, tax-induced reviews or purchase price allocations. Analyze and create (integrated) business planning and assessment models. Your activity also includes the determination of capital costs and capital market parameters with the help of our Bloomberg terminal. With your knowledge, you can consult consultants and interns.

You have gained first professional experience in the fields of transaction consulting / M&A or corporate assessment and now want to go the next step in your development? You are ideally bringing a successfully completed master's degree program with above-average degree programs with focus on corporate finance, assessment, controlling or accounting.
