To strengthen our business field property, we are looking for a team of project development

Projektentwicklung (m/w/d) Berlin | Start of work: full time (40h) | unlimited In this role, your team is responsible for the holistic development of the property on the client side and drive strategically relevant projects as well as the further development of a powerful team.

Your duties You run our five-member project development team and promote its potential. You are responsible for managing complex projects in the early performance phases of HOAI – as of request. You communicate sovereignly between architectural design, urban scale and higher-level development goals. Its area of responsibility includes the strategic development of an approximately 57 ha property with approximately 300,000m2 BGF as an integrated “piece city”. You develop and coordinate integrated transport, mobility and development concepts with strong quaternary networking. You take over the technical support of the monument concept and the further development of the existing sustainability strategy. You are for the construction and further development of a holistic renovation concept incl. Design manual, fire protection and circularity guides as well as cross-project quality standards are responsible. For the successful implementation of the tasks, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

You have successfully completed a degree in architecture or a comparable discipline and have experience in leading interdisciplinary teams. You have several years of professional experience in project development, urban planning or quarter planning, with leadership responsibility. You can rely on well-founded experience in the field of constructions and are familiar with the special requirements of listed building materials and the necessary coordination processes. You will also bring practical experience in dealing with innovative sustainability strategies, in particular life cycle considerations and circular construction. You have distinct, conceptual and organizational skills and can successfully control complex, interdisciplinary processes. You bring a strong sense of decision as well as a sense of responsibility and convince with their sovereign appearance. You convince by excellent communication and moderation capabilities and understand the goal of connecting different interests.
