Do you want to not only operate the network and service infrastructure, but to actively shape it? Then you are right with us! As a central interface within our company, you ensure that our business internet, DDoS protection and interconnection services run reliably, processes are automated and standardized and customer projects are successfully implemented.

Together with your team, you take responsibility for the planning, optimization and further development of our ISP network infrastructure, analyse disturbances, support 2nd level support and help our network stay stable and efficient at any time.

Support and further development of business internet, DDoS protection and interconnection services Operation, monitoring and optimization of ISP network infrastructure Administration and configuration of switching and routing systems as well as further development of network and service infrastructure Automation and standardization of operating and network processes Planning and implementation of customer projects and development of customer-specific solutions Analysis and troubleshooting as well as support in 2nd level support Implementation of maintenance work, system updates and software upgrades, and participation in call-readiness to ensure stable network operation

Complete studies in the field of computer science, technical informatics, telecommunications, communications technology or IT security or comparable training, e.g. specialist in system integration or IT system electronics Multiannual practical experience in networking, networking, routing and service provider switching Experience gained in the operation of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks and knowledge in the field of network security Good knowledge of Juniper Networks Switching and routing solutions (Juneper certification of advantage) Experience in operating Linux-based systems as well as basic knowledge in shell and scripting Quick conception and pronounced analytical and problem-solving capabilities Flexibility, reliability and teamability
