Here, the design, leadership and development spirit combine to form a role in which you leave visible traces. Your duties Planning, control and implementation of industrialization projects for new products and processes in production Responsibility for quality, dates and costs of the associated project in the context of production technology Development, evaluation and improvement of assembly processes as well as production and assembly equipment Implementation of cost analysis and advice for cost optimization with the focus on throughput times (serial optimization) Development and clarification of technical requirements for internal and external interfaces Professional leadership of developer teams in the electromechanical context Cooperation with production, assembly, construction and project management to implement optimal assembly solutions Creation of technical documentation, lists and work documents as well as support for the commissioning of new production lines

Complete technical studies (engineering, production engineering, engineering or comparable) Multiannual experience in the development of production or assembly lines, ideally in the field of Wehrtechnik or Special Machine Construction Experience in implementing safety and quality standards (e.g. AQAP, ISO 9001, EN 9100) First experience in project organization and control Practice in the 3D CAD design (preferably Siemens NX) Very good knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office German at native language level Good English knowledge of word and writing Structured, independent and targeted mode of operation; Communication strength and team capacity Global readiness
