You are responsible for administration, configuration and customizing ITSM platforms, such as USU service management and service Now You take over the design, maintenance and monitoring of the infrastructure components necessary for the operation of the ITSM platform You plan, configure, manage and monitor the application and database servers used You work with the continuous improvement and quality assurance process and accompany deployments, among other things, in installations and configurations of software or systems You analyze and edit fault messages and requirements in 2nd level support You take over the subproject management within the framework of various projects to provide the web shop environment for BITBW's customers and customers and are responsible for creating concepts and work documents You develop solutions alternatives for customer requirements depending on the current technical environment

You have a successfully completed university degree (Bachelor or comparable) of informatics, business informatics, etc. You can also apply if you have equivalent skills and experience due to your vocational training (e.g. as a computer scientist / computer scientist) or due to your professional qualification and multiannual relevant activities. You have proven experience in the planning, implementation and administration of complex IT environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker) You have profound knowledge of container technologies (Docker) and Kubernetes orchestration You have deeper knowledge of network technology: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing and switching as well as relational databases and SQL You have relevant Linux skills and experience in Ansible You bring a basic understanding of application and web servers (e.g. Apache Tomcat) as well as experience in system integration with Knowledge of BPMN and ITIL (V4) are advantageous You have fun learning new tools Self-initiative, creativity and motivation as well as team skills and a high sense of responsibility and quality are of course for you
