You will: carry out an active demand management on IT systems in the production environment from different subprojects and in the team determine, structure and prioritize the requirements for IT systems

control the effective implementation of the projects in an agile soft and hardware development organization reliably and coordinated with the project participants

guide the assigned employees in the project team

coordinate and control the work package managers and subproject managers across the participating departments

be an important interface to the overall project management in terms of reporting, documentation, planning and tracking and ensure the implementation of the projects according to the defined requirements with great commitment

implement innovative solution concepts in cooperation with the architecture management team, e.g. in Industry 4.0 context, and define interfaces to adjacent systems

Bringing your experiences and insights into the continuous improvement process of soft and hardware development

They have: a successfully completed study of computer science, electrical engineering, physics or a comparable discipline

multiannual experience as project manager in complex software and automation projects both in classical and agile procedures

Knowledge in project management ideally proven by an IPMA® certification

a safe occurrence, communication strength and enforcement ability as well as presentation and moderation skills

an independent and structured operation

very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
