In the HR department at our location in Düsseldorf or in Hamburg, you have the pleasure to introduce your expertise and strengthen our team. Take the following tasks: Advice and support of a firmly defined circle of employees and executives along the Employee Lifecycle Sparringspartner (w/m/d) for executives in various personnel topics: e.g. recruitment, performance and talent management, labour law issues Ensuring compliance with labour law regulations and corporate policies Planning, control and implementation of strategic personnel planning together with the department Conducting interviews and assessing candidates to win the best talents for our company Promoting talent management and employee development and succession planning Cooperation with the departments to improve employee satisfaction based on annual employee surveys Confidential cooperation with the Works Council in individual cases Development and implementation of the HR strategy and cooperation in various exciting (HR-internal) projects

Successfully completed economic studies with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification Multiannual HR Practice as HR Business Partner (w/m/d) High customer, business and result orientation Strong analytical skills, dynamics, readiness to change and learn Talent to understand complex topics Excellent communication skills in German and English in word and writing Ideal experience with the staff administration system Workday
