You design, plan and implement targeted training measures for our LVM agent owners: both in practice, motivating and with real added value. Training formats are designed both digitally (e.g. webinars, e-learnings, virtual workshops) and in presence – always matched to the needs of the participants. Their specialist focus is on the qualification of cross-comers: both inside and on the support in implementing agency and damage processes – You make complex content understandable and applicable. You carry out your training flexibly: from home office, seminar hotels or directly on site in our nationwide LVM agencies. With internal departments and agency sales, you work closely together to continuously develop training content and integrate current market requirements.

You have a completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance or a comparable training, ideally complemented by a further training to the insurance specialist:in and a trainer:internal qualification. In the composite area, you will bring well-founded expertise and have ideally already gained experience in the field of external services, in the development of employees or in the training design. You think conceptually, act structured and convince with your sales talent, your organizational strength and your creativity in shaping learning formats. This is exactly what you bring – whether in the hotel, home office or directly in our agencies. Your residence is in Germany, so you can easily reach our agencies.
