Production Manager (m/w/d)

Then apply as a production manager in the industrial laundry service at the Wismar site, in early and late layers.

Note: You will be intensively incorporated into the subject-specific regulations and specifications by your new employer! Team leadership: technical and disciplinary responsibility for the management and motivation of a team with more than 100 employees in 2-shift operation (Monday to Friday). Layer coordination: guidance and support of the layer conductors: inside to ensure a faultless production process. Staff deployment planning: Strategic planning and control of personnel deployment for optimal utilization and productivity. Employee retention: development and implementation of effective measures for the long-term commitment and motivation of employees. Process optimization: Analysis and continuous improvement of production processes using lean management methods to increase efficiency and quality. Quality assurance: ensuring compliance with all relevant quality and safety standards within production.

Professional experience: Multiannual experience in a comparable function, e.g. as a production manager, team manager, group manager, operations manager (m/w/d) or equivalent within production or logistics, receipt of goods/output. Education & Qualification: Successfully completed training in the optimal case with further training to master or technician or studies in the field of production or logistics - Study is not a must! Leadership experience: practical experience in leading larger teams as well as a safe occurrence with clear communication and motivation. Organizational talent: High competence in personnel planning and process optimization - you keep an overview and know how to efficiently design processes. Analytical thinking: Embossed ability to analyze challenges in a structured manner and to address them in a solution-oriented manner.
