You are the content and organizational right hand of the management of the water business unit You prepare sessions, exams, appointments and decision templates professionally and keep an overview of current topics You support the implementation of the business strategy and accompany strategic projects and special topics in the field of drinking water supply You will start presentations, evaluations, decision templates, concepts and briefings for internal and external stakeholders You carry out research and analysis, prepare complex facts structured and guide action recommendations You coordinate cross-disciplinary topics within the Water division and act as an interface to other swa company companies and external partners You support the management of projects You support organisational meetings, events and the correspondence of the Management (m/w/d)

Complete Bachelor Program in Business or Technical Department Experience in the field of drinking water supply and willingness to take over leadership responsibility in a perspective Ideally multiannual professional experience as a consultant (m/w/d), in project management, consulting or in a comparable coordinating/conductive function Very good analytical and conceptual skills and strong self-organization High communication strength, safe appearance and pronounced fingertip feeling in dealing with different stakeholders Very good knowledge of popular MS Office applications Structured, predictive and solution-oriented mode of operation Language level German: at least C1 for successful cooperation
