Own-sponsored control and monitoring of construction projects in civil or civil engineering Coordination and leadership of the construction agency team and external subcontractors Ensuring compliance with quality, dates and costs Organisation of the building processes and coordination with builders:innen, Architekt:innen und Fachplaner:innen Responsibility for safety and environmental protection at the construction site Documentation of progress and preparation of reports Support in the construction and handover to the client

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable technical training Multiannual experience in construction management, ideally with knowledge in civil engineering Knowledge of relevant building regulations and safety standards Organisational skills, enforcement and communication strength Self-employed, structured working and team skills Safe handling of digital construction and planning tools (e.g. MS Office, construction software)
