Caretaker / Technical Assistant in Kirchhai... (m/f/d)

We are looking for a master / technical staff (m/w/d) in full-time or part-time (by agreement) for our facility in Kirchhain with 89 fully-steady nursing places, 15 day care places and 3 senior homes. You make sure that everything goes round with us - in the truest sense of the word. With your technical understanding and your attention to detail, you contribute significantly to the fact that our facility for residents and employees is a safe, functioning and pleasant place. The location is occupied in the course of a succession control. A structured incorporation as well as a personal transfer by the previous job owner are guaranteed.

• Control, maintenance and maintenance of our buildings and technical facilities (internal and external), partly in cooperation with external service providers

• Monitoring compliance with technical standards and accident prevention regulations

• Execution of minor repairs in residential areas

• Maintenance of tools and technical equipment

• Organisation and coordination of maintenance work (e.g. heating, elevator, fire protection)

• Collection of offers and coordination of orders with the management Care and care of emergency call and telephone systems

• Maintenance of common rooms and living rooms (including renovation work)

• Support for events (construction, technology, equipment)

• Maintenance of outdoor facilities including winter service

• Ensuring proper and environmentally sound waste disposal

• Complete technical training (e.g. in the craft or building sector)

• Ideally qualified in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electricians)
