• Processing of administrative tasks such as accounting, application and order processing
• General office organization and appointment coordination
• Correspondence via email and phone
• Processing of office materials
• Support for applicant management
• Participation and creation of reports and presentations

Expected knowledge:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in the office is desirable
• Secure handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Communication strength and team skills
• Very good organizational skills and an independent working
• Very good German knowledge
